MINI CV

About 60% of our clients request Manpower Services to source or headhunt candidates from CVs/resumes already with us. Once the request is confirmed by the client, we go through our database of CVs, select the relevant, most qualified ones and invite the candidates for an interview depending on their availability. A Mini CV is a summary of a jobseeker’s qualifications. Manpower Services collects these Mini CVs submitted by various jobseekers and stores them in a database whereby they can be retrieved later whenever a private recruitment order is confirmed.

To keep our database organizedup-to-date, and with only jobseekers actively looking for a new job or a better job, we charge a fee of Ksh2 for every day that a jobseeker keeps their mini CV with us. As a jobseeker you can also choose to hide your Mini CV from our database until that time when you reactivate it. We have prepared the following packages for your convenience.
