Currently, I am a Recruitment Officer and a Customer Service Consultant with KCB Bank, having worked for over ten years in Human Resources and Administration and four years in technical insurance processing and settlement (Medical, Life and General Insurance).
I am a HR generalist with a strong bias in learning & development and keen to potentially transition into mainstream HR service delivery in order to further maximize passion and drive in championing growth in people at all levels while leveraging talent management capabilities.
