2022 May – Up to date; Weighbridge Buying Clerk at Motigo Tea Factory.
Role;
• Using site weighing equipment to weigh oncoming vehicles and completing relevant paper work.
• Comply and assist with all written procedures regarding weighbridge weights and items as identified by Company management.
• Carrying out administrative duties and computer inputting data.
• Operate to a high standard on all computer systems relevant to the job.
2021 February - April 2022; Finance Officer at Khayega Medical Clinic.
Roles;
• Preparing quarterly Reconciliation Statements and submitting them to respective insurances.
• Perform banking roles such as cash/cheque depositing and collection.
• Ensure that PAYE, NSSF and NHIF are remitted by 9th of each month.
• Preparing patients’ hospital bill for admitted patients using cash.
• Notifying NHIF and AON of eligible treated patients through e-claim system.
• Claiming funds from NHIF and AON through e-claim system for treated patients.
• Making pre-authorization, follow up, and claiming approved pre-authorization in time.
• Communicating with NHIF and AON offices and making sure that all issues concerning the hospital and clients have been sorted out in time.
