OUR HISTORY
Manpower Services Group Limited was incorporated in 1990 with Manpower Services (K) Ltd. as the first operating company in Kenya. Manpower Services (U) Ltd. followed and lastly Manpower Services (T) Ltd. was incorporated. The Group Managing Director sits in Nairobi. Each country office is headed by a Country Manager or a General Manager reporting to the Group Managing Director. Manpower Services has always maintained the highest caliber of Consultants with a huge pool of over 20 Consultants and Associate Consultants in Nairobi who can fly to any country to consult or train in the area of their specialty, partnering the consultants in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, or elsewhere.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
The late Francis G. Muhindi was the Founder and first Group CEO of Manpower Services Kenya Ltd, Manpower Services Uganda Ltd and Manpower Services Tanzania Ltd.
Before founding Manpower Services Group in December 1990, he had a chequered career of 17 years in various multinationals serving in various capacities and left in November 1990 as CEO of a multinational Lonrho’s subsidiary in Kenya. The following week he incorporated Manpower Services.
He was the lead consultant in corporate strategy for marketing warfare strategy and many other consultancy lines. He was the lead consultant in executive selection.

He was among the founders and pioneers who set up the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and later served as Vice-Chairman of the Marketing Society of Kenya. He trained Marketing Certificate courses for Marketing Society of Kenya in the 1990s with candidates receiving a certificate bearing the logos of Both Manpower Services and Marketing Society of Kenya.

Incorporated Manpower Services Tanzania, commenced operations in year 2001 and also incorporated Manpower Services Uganda, commenced operations in year 2000.

Incorporated Manpower Services Ltd which is now one of the leading training and executive selection consultancy firms in Kenya, having trained over 60,000 executives and staff in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda and having recruited many senior and middle level executives, with over 80,000 interviews conducted over 27 years, for chief executive to lower level vacancies.
